Ffs, this stuff is so insidious. Went to a local independent toy shop today. It used to specialise in autism friendly and SEN toys, but changed hands a few year ago. I know some people still think it is a SEN store and it certainly looks business as usual, about 75% of the stuff is aimed at primary school ages, and perhaps 60-70% under 7s. However, get a few shelves in and they have this at child eye level. It's bad enough in Forbidden Planet, but at least expected there. Its so fucking gross.
