I’m not sure about that. I’ve read that Russia is seriously ramping up its production of ballistic missiles. If Russia were to attack civilian targets day in, day out, causing civilian casualties on a daily basis, and keep this up for months or years…
I’ve no idea whether Putin might not end up winning after all?
(To be clear, I don’t want Russia to win..)
