Vendoring dependency source code can be impractical, but the rate at which CDNs are blocking my servers from pulling your dependencies might be becoming more inconvenient.
And no it's not from abuse, it's only because my IP addresses come from an area with a IP lower credit score.
I've been mirroring source code for this reason, and I've still been debating if I have to attempt to mirror packages as well.
