no caffeine or alcohol is such a different view on everything. nothing is important or irritating in ways that it was before. i think i'm gonna get used to this.
since starting on the supplement stack, taurine, magnesium, zinc, potassium, one of the remarkable things has been how much my subjective perception of time has slowed down. days feel like two days from before. i can't imagine what life would be like to grind down into a blur of days from where i have been this last 4 months. i don't want to go back to that place where i woke up one day and it was my 49th birthday and that just happened so quickly.
