Did you say the best solution currently is to use a keysend-compatible wallet and use it's keysend address in your rss value tag? And that way it should just work for everyone whether they do keysend or lnurl?
Do you have any wallet recommendations for someone that knows nothing about bitcoin?
I don't want to pay for an AlbyHub service but I'm willing to dive into the self-host option if that's the best solution. I don't have anything but a shared web host service.
