Oshit! 😆 That's awesome.
I've been wanting to cut down more on animal products and trying to figure out other protein sources and I'm really curious if there could be a way to grow the yeast like you're gonna do nutritional yeast but then change gears and make it bread but like, proteiny bread. Only stuff I can find just talks about adding the already processed nootch to dough, no discussion of s hybrid process at all (not even to say why it wouldn't work).
I really gotta find people around here to nerd about this stuff with.
