Yep. Its a tired, stale govt that could do with renewal. And some MLA being removed from portfolios.
And I include the Greens as the joint architects of the current dire state of affairs ... (anyone mention the **** health levy...)
But, I am going to question the ability of ANYONE to effectively manage and deliver results across the following portfolios:
