Gianduia (jahn-DOO-yah) - a traditional Italian chocolate made from blending nuts and chocolate. Think of it as the original Nutella, just done right.
These are my take.
Handcrafted rounds made with roasted, caramelized pecans, maple sugar, and panela from Colombia (a gift from npub1jx702fwvkdtqkhd9p8n6ctgnycpl6whsx07a0h9s9h2hlgx6q60svk2c49 (npub1jx7…2c49)), folded into tempered 70% Mexican stone-ground dark chocolate. The varied grind gives a balance of crunch and melt, with a rich, nutty profile and a subtle touch of sea salt.
Each one is made and finished by hand - no two are exactly alike.
