All done! We've come to call this "Kagoshima breakfast" because this was what I could make with the little kitchenette at the hotel in Kagoshima when I took Mari down there for treatment.
Of course it's a lot more fun to make with my little square pan* than the nasty old non-stick they had.
*Tamagoyaki pan, but I haven't made tamagoyaki even once.
