Well, it finally happened. On my morning run, I tripped and fell on one of Milwaukee's uneven sidewalks. Scrapped up my knee pretty well, but it seems mostly a surface injury. Cleaned and bandaged it. There's some expected swelling. Hope I bounce back quickly after some rest! #running
