I pulled my NIC and used a browser that did not have any of the CloudLog content cached, and the only thing it stalls out on briefly (and unsurprisingly) is the openstreetmap tile data.

I can navigate around, create and edit QSOs, pull stats, look at my logbook, etc. just fine with no internet connection.
