People who post CP/CSAM are rejected by most Nostr users, clients, and relays whereas that’s an average day on Mastodon.
I personally think the only reason there was a massive coordinated but failed effort to spam Nostr with CSAM was a shoddily put together sting operation that ultimately ending up failing.
The vast majority of Nostr users were disgusted by it, and tried to block, mute, or report, etc. it.
