I need to vacuum the house. Some of the cat fur dust balls might be gaining sentience.

I've been using a manual sweeper daily – it's quiet and lightweight, but not great for cat hair. Vacuuming has been bumped to "later" too often. When I've got it in me to vacuum, the clowder is asleep. When the clowder is awake, I'm at a point in the day when, physically, I cannot vacuum.

I'll wake up the clowder before I start vacuuming, and then deal with the feline displeasure. By giving them cat treats.
