Yea...for people in that situation I tend to think it makes more sense to just take their existing profits and stack sats with it. Once they build that buffer, it may make more sense to build out the means of accepting it directly. No need to jump in head first.

Though of course if you've got a good local circular economy the calculations change, as it becomes a revenue driver in its own right. If it's only a few, a middle ground may be just the sale of gift cards for sats through a separate side system which would be much easier to implement.
