Ruminations on Capitalism - synopsis:

> Distracts most people in said "resource-starved environment" from going into a survival, kill-or-be-killed frenzy by incentivizing profit seeking and asset acquisition.
> Is suited for a population who know when to break the rules and need not be told what to do.

Ruminations on Communism:

Theory:
If (doubtless in a capitalist society) "replicator" technology were ever developed such that its operation were cost effective, capitalism would undo itself immensely.

Presently, communism cannot work well in isolation unless its consumer class can be killed efficiently to conserve resources. Thankfully, many of its consumers lives are spared because communist societies participate in global trade with capitalist societies, or have adopted capitalist methods in the economic activities of their own society.

The above-described replicator technology, if it were introduced at a global scale, would doubtless redefine economic theory - Austrian and Keynesian - and would make Communism - at least the economic concerns that it has - immensely more viable.
