This may seem strange to our American neighbours & I'm sure I don't speak for all my fellow Canadians.... but this month of US political news has been intensely anxiety inducing. I don't know if it's because I live so close to the border or because Canada is so affected by what happens in the USA, but oof. Stomach completely in knots.
