Safari uses webkit internally as a rendering engine.
Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, etc, all use blink internally as a rendering engine.
(Unless you’re on iOS, in which case, Safari runs everything).
So it’s not entirely true, boringly, to suggest that Safari and Edge “the same shit in a different marketing package”. True for Edge vs Chrome; but not true for Safari.
Unless, of course, I’ve misunderstood your point.
