*If you consider hosting a website to be "usage", you don't have to provide any source code, because the licensor already does so (as required by Article 3). You would only have to worry about it if you change things, so it's not really restricting usage.

Edit: You would have to provide a copy yourself, if the licensor only gave you a tarball 😋
