You can split your coins. Just send them to yourself with a transaction that BLV doesn't allow. Op_if is probably cheapest, but op_return over 83 bytes probably easiest. Then you can send transactions on Luke Coin without any concern as your Bitcoin have already been moved to safety.
Obviously mind the utxo management with coinjoined stacks and all.
