So, when I say I don't want to work. It might mean that I don't want to take out the trash, carry heavy things, or give up my finite life moments in exchange for a fiat currency.

This overloaded word allows for the contortion of my intent and that's to the employers advantage. It's easier to cast my words as sloth in this muddied environment.
