The New Automotive data doesn’t distinguish because it comes from the DVLA API filtered for registrations in July 2024. The SMMT data does have breakdowns between private and fleet sales but in the long run it makes no odds as fleet vehicles are usually leased and progress into the secondhand market after 2 or 3 years where they become private vehicles. This applies regardless of propulsion type.
