So week 2 of the (new) Observer & what do we find, having given a nice big chunk of space to 'Blue Labour' last week, this week we have Peter Harrison (former chief executive of Schroders) setting out the usual financial services wish list:
less regulation (especially that pesky employment bill);
cap cash ISAs & 'encourage' savers into the stock market;
reduce taxes on foreign (professional) workers & share transactions;
etc. etc.
