Gosh, normally you can't change positions around for 120 days, but day 1 is actually when the appointment happens, so the corrupt DOJ is getting fucked *right now*, by the acting AG.
All that's changed is that he has staff following his orders instead of sabotaging him. Power is power. There's always loopholes. There's always a way to do things. But for Trump's entire first term, even when he stayed strictly within the security cordon and used uncontroversial powers, hashtag-resist types would implement it in a deliberately bad way so that a judge could block it.
