The big problem with BlueSky is simple. It is not truly decentralized (as the outage showed), it's already suffering the same echo chamber problems Twitter did pre-Elon, they're banning artists because one of the neopuritans on the site was made to feel some type of way, you're always walking on eggshells, and it's all being hyped up as the next big thing.
Turns out, Twitter users are going to experience the Zippcast hype all over again, or all the other YouTube competitors that died in a fire.
