i finally watched the pic related video and the effect seems really small and tbh to me congruent to ion propulsion and would need orders of magnitude in order to even come close to what "they" supposedly have. he isn't pulling a super dooper vacuum, so i wonder if he's done different tests at different levels of vacuums to chart and see if the thrust changes
