anyway, my personal history has led me to be very distrustful of the idea behind the word "citizen", because its primary function is to discriminate against people who were born elsewhere (and whose ancestors were born elsewhere). we should collectively abolish the idea imo. but what can i do. most people don't give a fuck about immigrants.
