I inherited one of these from a previous workplace and I really like it. USB-C charging pass-through, DP and HDMI ports, and the part that is relevant here is that the Ethernet works even at boot time as well (not only with Dell machines, anything).
It's great for modern tiny laptops that have only 1 or 2 USB-C ports. (And it kinda invalidates the default big dock for 3 times the price.)
