Absolutely, the only reason Hamas took hostages was to be able to negotiate the release of the 12,000* Palestinians, many who are women and children, being held hostage by Israel.
Hamas actually offered a hostage exchange with Israel on Oct 8 2023 only to be told that war was unavoidable.
It was never about the hostages.
Release all the Palestinian and Israeli hostages.
