Please feel free to entirely ignore this side note but on the extreme (but common 🇺🇸) end of the spectrum of consequences of “toxic masculinity” are mass shootings. Perhaps we should call it something else if it hurts non-toxic-men’s feelings, but when 95%+ of mass shooters are (often misogynistic) men, I think the gender factor is worth acknowledging. https://fair.org/home/mass-shooters-most-common-trait-their-gender-gets-little-press-attention/
