I would love a clear guide on how grind size (possibly also roast levels and ratios) affect flavor. Like, if I have a brew that’s too sour should I grind finer or coarser? Or if it’s too bitter do I want a lighter roast or…
Right now I kinda fiddle until it tastes good but having a guide that says “do X for more/less of Y” would be great
