My 73yo mom loves Gnome, since it is simple and intuitive for her.
My argument is: Architecture is not the only thing important for DE. My mom does not care about architecture, she much appreciates and really cares about the nice UX. How about you KDE people finally brought in some real UX designers to the project? 🙂
