I'm running a study at the moment on open and corp governance on OSS projects, and between the quant side (SEM) and qual side (interviews), the disillusionment is real among a large portion of contributors and maintainers. Very much affects creativity and innovation, very much changes (and prevents) the nature of contribution. 😕
