🧵 Gratitude, Day 30 of 30:
This is it. My final entry for this series. And I’m grateful for the ride.
My favorite thing about this has been tapping into my emotional state of being.
Some days I feel grateful for everything. Some days the world is weighing on me so I feel wholly ungrateful. And that’s what I want to learn to avoid. Because, really, I have so many things to be grateful for. Even when things suck.
