Urgent! Any lawyers here? My friend is being extorted her bank and needs help. She is in a village UP. Her family is not formally educated and the took a loan and are accruing fines and defaulting. I will be fundraising for the repayment but the problem is the bank is not giving her original loan documents or agreements, are asking her to pay random “fines” without receipts and made her father sign a blank form. Need someone to help her get the og documents back so we can figure this out.
