@mutineer @jna Once you make the legislative process a wiki you then have to defend it against poisoning attacks—either by internal lobbyists, or by external state-level actors. It's a good idea, but it massively expands the attack surface exposed to your enemies. (And there are *always* enemies, at this level: eg. if you legislate on family planning, you *will* attract the attention of foreign anti-abortion groups even though it doesn't affect them directly.)
