I love straight Post Alley dark roast, but my GI tract doesn't. So I use 1 part Post Alley with 3 parts mid-roast ground coffee. I put a sprinkling of unsweetened cocoa on the grounds before brewing for a nice little taste of chocolate.
I'm creeping towards buying whatever mid-roast coffee is on sale. *Unhappy coffee drinker noises.* But, I'm continuing to buy Post Alley for as long as I can.
