On the one hand, I want to remark that 3p imaging is typically right up against the damage envelope for biological tissue.

On the other hand, I want to encourage you to try it. Go for it! Can you get 5p or 10p imaging to work at all? Even with a non biological sample like simple fluorescent plastic. What are you thinking of using as an excitation source?
