Yep. Men in general have been so demasculated over the last few decades that it’s hard to spot one in the wild.
Which leads me to: a lot of men choose to isolate. They don’t recognize it as such at first, but that’s what it leads to.
It happened to me after a family crisis. I carried the burden and dealt with everyone’s trauma except my own…then I realized I had isolated myself and that was unhealthy.
As a dad, one of our core responsibilities is to raise (not boys) but God serving men.
(If one is a girl dad; your role is to demonstrate for years how a lady is to be treated so that it will be easy for her to spot a God serving man in the wild)
