this is me saying I recommend Primal to newbies because it's the Nostr client most similar to legacy socials.

however, after a brief reflection, maybe that's the wrong move and mindset.

introducing people to Nostr via a familiar-feeling environment seems like the logical move, but maybe it's destined to provide a lesser first touch for people.

maybe someone's first time on Nostr should feel novel and ever-so slightly foreign?

at the moment Nostr is a (better) alternative to Twitter, but it's probably not the killer app. so, why try to make people feel like they're on a legacy social when Nostr isn't that?
