i'm against q1 because of the way they execute it, it's a voucher system for families to pay for private childcare rather than increasing the capacity of free programs run by the parks dept and public schools. the amount of money isn't even enough to provide all impoverished people with a voucher

the teachers union, mayor, and half of the city council have come out against it as well
