Thats what I used to do. But its not supposed to be generic email anymore, which is why I stopped using it. You have trouble now just using email. They say its because it causes problems, its own folder, encrypted emails that your client can't read etc but I'm pretty sure its because they're just trying to capture a chat service. Hard coded servers confirms that.
