I wanted to try some "PS1-style" animated textures, but I couldn't make it look good. Went with some Voronoi noise instead. Voronoi. Voronoise o_o Still temporary I guess, but good enough for now.
Also, I added a cloud layer, again using a noise texture. Simple, but that's what I wanted for this. Now I just have to make it work with the wrap-around effect. Not sure how to tile it seamlessly so I'll probably make it fade close to the edges.
