It’s the mindset, right? The nations that have a high proportion of crazy makers are the ones on the upswing. The brits were there, the Americans were there, the Germans were there. The reasons why one or another nation finds themselves in that position differ. Also, it doesn’t mean that there are no other ways of growth and “getting by well enough”.
