I found out that one of my professional mentors died this morning. He was one of my clinical supervisors during my doctoral internship. I hadn’t spoken to him in several years, although I frequently “meant to” reach out and see how he was doing. Last I heard, he had retired and was living the good life with his family. He had even self published a couple books (fictionalized memoirs), which I had bought, read, and enjoyed.
