people seriously have no idea how many spooks are around. i chatted with a former bulgarian intel employee one time, not sure what he was in prison for, but he said there was half a dozen people out in the main mall of sofia, the vitosha bulevard mall next to the big NDK park and cultural center, half a dozen along about 150m of restaurants and cafes, full time eyes watching, given a pile of images of people to watch for and log.
