It’s 11 AM and the carrot cake is made, cooling. Just sat down and had a cup of masala chai. 🥰 Upcoming:
Ham with butter thyme glaze
Mac and cheese
Mashed potatoes
Broccoli
Roasted Squash
I think I’ll make the potatoes for reheating, possibly roast the squash, then get the ham in the oven (it’s 3 kg), then make the mac as close to supper time as possible because the béchamel cheese sauce seizes a bit when it cools.
