I’m learning towards the, mostly subjective and open ended, goal of freedom.
Monetary success and political power are certain to provide you some kinds of freedom (including things that would get any pleb jailed for life), which can then be used to work out the rest.
It doesn’t seem to me that, in today’s society and considering the progress already done by previous generations of thinkers, a humble hobo would go very far expanding understandings.
So it would seem that sounding like a confident asshole to gather resources and staying humble in secret is the optimal strategy, which is also very annoying because by then you can’t tell apart people playing 5D chess from the actual sociopaths.
