Pasta bad. It's made from grains. Grains are used by farmers to fatten livestock, works the same way on us. Makes people fat, sick, inflamed, & foggy headed (among other things). Sorry 😐

Grains, soy, sugar, & veg oils sould all really be eliminated for better health.
