hello, coucou. I often call my recipe for 'Kimshi-ish' as I don't use gochugaru (chili paste mix) but just chili flakes. The result is a spicy Napa cabbage kraut.
Ingredients I use are: Napa cabbage, carrots, spring onion, daikon radish, fresh ginger, carrots and salt.
As you mentioned it is easy to make. Probably best if someone shows it to you once.
