I can name two companies that Blatantly violating H1B Visa status ... ergo: Illegal. Lots of them around.
H1Bs are basically wage-slave labor for the tech companies in and around Redmond (Greater Seattle) ... and soooooo ... they're not harassed or abused Like Every Other Brown Person ...
